 Camp Discovery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Salmon, Idaho, deep in the heart of the beautiful Salmon River country. This extraordinary setting of mountains and wild rivers is on the doorstep of the largest wilderness in the lower 48 states. 
Camp Discovery's multi-day river adventures are free to youth and adults with cancer and hemophilia. These educational outdoor experiences are designed by counselors and outdoor professionals to help build and restore physical, spiritual and emotional strength. Camp Discovery is comprised of a part-time Executive Director and a community of volunteers including working Board members and countless others who are uniquely qualified with many years of experience as outdoor and recreation professionals in the mountains and rivers of back-country Idaho.
